About Us
Our company was established on 27/07/2005 under the company name “Atlantis Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.” with its principal place of business located at the district of Beyoğlu in the province of İstanbul. The name of the company was changed to “Artı Gayrimenkul Değerleme ve Danışmanlık A.Ş.” on 22/09/2005 in accordance with the resolution adopted by the General Assembly, to that effect. Since that date, we have been carrying out our operations and providing our services under the same company name.
Our company was established for the purpose of providing real estate appraisal services to natural persons and legal entities, institutions, and organizations whether private, public, or governmental for valuation of real estate and the rights associated with the ownership of the real estate. In the subsequent years, in addition to those services, our Company has started to provide various different valuation, appraisal, and consultancy services such as vehicle valuation, machinery-equipment valuation, determination of the rental value, urban transformation, division of property, sharing of real estate and acquisition of the Turkish Citizenship.
By the letter, dated 04/10/2006, issued by the Department of Auditing Standards of the Capital Markets Board of the Republic of Turkey, our Company was included in the list of Licensed Real Estate Appraisal Firms authorized to provide certified real estate appraisal services in capital markets. Based on the letter dated 08/03/2010 of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Authority, our Company has been granted the authority “to provide services for the valuation of real estate, real estate projects and rights and benefits associated with the ownership of real estate”
As of 11/01/2011, the principal place of business of our Company that was located in the district of Beyoğlu in the province of Istanbul was moved to the district of Üsküdar, and our Company has been carrying on its operations at this office since that date.
By the letter dated 06/10/2021 issued by the Department of Auditing Standards of the Capital Markets Board of the Republic of Turkey, our Company was included again in the list of Licensed Real Estate Appraisal Firms authorized to provide certified real estate appraisal services in capital markets and has started to provide its services.
Throughout the 16 years, in which we have been carrying out our operations and providing our appraisal and valuation services, to improve the knowledge and experience of both of our employees and our corporate structure and to invest in new technology and upgrade its equipment base has always been a priority for us. As one of the first companies in the industry, we continue to devotedly provide our appraisal and valuation services to promote continuous improvement of our Company and industry.
