For first-hand housing purchase, the maximum credit rate will not be more than 90% or the credit amount will not exceed 3.5Milyon Turkish Lira. For used housing purchases, the maximum credit rate will not be more than 90% or the credit amount will not exceed 2.5Milyon Turkish Lira. In mortgage secured loans, the maximum credit rate and credit amount will be the same as the rate and amount set for used housing purchases. No credit will be used for buying or collateral for housing worth more than 10 million Turkish Lira.
